ISO 17024:As an ISO 17024 accredited organisation, SBL demonstrates commitment to the highest standards of personnel development. ISO 17024 aims to harmonise the range of diverse procedures used around the world for certifying the competence of personnel in different professions, providing a global benchmark for certification schemes to ensure that they operate in a consistent, comparable and reliable manner worldwide. This ISO accreditation sets out criteria for an organisation's certification programme for individuals, defining the competencies to be examined, the knowledge, skills and personal attributes. This establishes an environment for the mutual recognition of schemes and facilitates the global mobility of personnel, also promoting consistency of delivery standards for our clients.

Six Sigma Practices: In today's service-oriented industries, a key factor in increasing customer satisfaction is minimising variations in service quality. The Six Sigma business management methodology is used across many industries to improve the quality of process outputs by eliminating the causes of defects and reducing variability in manufacturing and business processes. While our ISO 9001, 17024 and 27001 accreditations demonstrate our corporate commitment to quality, an additional benefit for SBL clients is that we adopt Six Sigma methods in our project delivery to maximise uniform process output.
